Survivor of crash that killed 7 motorcyclists in New Hampshire suing Massachusetts

One of the people who survived a crash in New Hampshire that killed seven motorcyclists is now suing the Massachusetts registrar of Motor Vehicles for not suspending the license of the man who caused the crash. Police say Volodymyr Zhukovskyy had fentanyl, morphine and a chemical found in cocaine in his system and was speeding when he crashed into a group of motorcyclists, killing seven people.
